After reading your article on hypoglycemia, it really hit home. So I changed my diet around, eating more protein (like eggs and yogurt) and leafy greens in the morning . . and it totally works! I used to have the biggest sweet tooth of anyone I know, but now I don't even think about dessert all day long!!! I don't even crave fruit. I had struggled with a long history of digestive and IBS related symptoms for years before working with Rachel.
